Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget 3D Blu Ray 2023

After successfully escaping from Mrs. Tweedys cruel chicken penal camp, the survivors settled on a small, natural island, created a little paradise and made themselves at home. Our heroes have now had offspring whose origins can hardly be denied. Unfortunately, to the dismay of her parents, their daughter has the same urge for adventure as them. However, the idyll is in danger because after destroying of her previous existence, Mrs. Tweedy has a plan that will make her old business model look like a corner shop. Not far from the small island, she transformed a factory into a high-security brainwashing pseudo-paradise. In which apparently happy chickens are made to voluntarily jump into the shredder, so to speak. Her new motto “Happy Chickens are Tasty Chickens”. Attracted by misleading advertising on some trucks driving along the shore, "Daughter Jones" decides to go on an adventure with her friend. After they leave the island and sneak into the factory, it gradually dawns on them that this was not a good idea. The apparent paradise turns out to be a fattening farm for chicken meat. It threatens that they end as tasty chicken nuggets. It is just a good thing that the adventurers disappearance is discovered in time and that Mom still feels the irrepressible urge for compensatory justice. In short, a rescue mission is launched... The 3D is great, it makes the production to what it actually should be already before. The 3D is effectively implemented, the spatial depth is very consistent and there is also a lot going on in front of the screen. The choreography of the three-dimensional elements is great, it increases the tension immensely in some scenes. You go from being a viewer to being an supporting cast, sometimes you feel like you are right in the middle of the action, if I can say that at a film like this... All in all, a great, clean, well rounded and coherent 3D. Enjoy a totally crazy adventure in a completely new dimension.
