Quite similar to its five predecessors, Bloodlines essentially continues their tradition. This time, however, it is about an event that cast its shadow decades ago. For about two months, Stefanie has been plagued every night by a nightmare of this terrible event. When she learns from her grandmother Iris that it is a premonition of a catastrophe that was ultimately averted, she does not want to believe it. She wants to believe it even less when she is told about Death, who does not like to be messed in his work, and that her nightmares are harbingers of death. But the brutal death of Iris and the bizarre deaths that are piling up around her make her realize that the story is true and that time is running out... Final Destination Bloodlines may not be to everyones taste. But if not this film, then what other film would be so well suited to a spectacular 3D adaptation? With its absolutely magnificent choreography and breathtaking effects, this is by far one of the best 3D adaptations of recent months. Incredibly finely crafted and detailed.
