Johnny Blaze was a trickster and the son of a trickster. His father was famous as a performer of the most difficult and dangerous motorcycle rides, flying on his faithful "Hal" either through a football field filled with cars, or through fiery flashes – and all the "wonders of the international class" were on his shoulder. But inside Blaze Sr. lurked a malicious cancer, and he did not have long to live. So when someone in a black cloak appeared in front of Johnny and offered to heal his father in exchange for his immortal soul, Johnny, the boy did not hesitate for long. The next day, dad happily announced that at the next medical examination, the doctors did not find a trace of the disease, and in a matter of hours he died, performing a literally deadly number. But the terms of the contract, as usual with the prince of this world, were met – a few years later Johnny had to answer for long-standing careless promises. Mephistopheles came for a reckoning. And now at night Johnny Blaze ceases to be Johnny Blaze – he turns into a ghost rider, a mercenary of the dark forces, doing some just things along the way. Mephistopheles needs a racer, first of all, in order for him to deal with Blackhart, the son of the lord of darkness, who is going to overthrow his father and bring absolutely outrageous chaos to earth.
