Beetlejuice Beetlejuice 3D Blu Ray 2024

Great thing, 36 years after the first part... and so good. Tim Burton proves that such a long gap between two parts does not necessarily have to be an obstacle. The sequel is as close to the original as possible and yet is as contemporary and new as I hardly expected. A fantastic mix of top cast, mega choreography, best soundtrack and a directorial work to kneel down. What could be better than a worthy sequel to one of the most popular family horror films of the late 80s? Once again, Tim Burton manages to motivate his seemingly endless star line-up to the limits of what is possible. Even Danny Devito, who had been experienced for so many years, seemed completely sucked out at the end of his short appearance... The 3D is great, not too dominant, but still as if it was part of it from the start. The film does not need any extra support, but it is not averse to taking full advantage of the integrated 3D. Similar to "Sweeney Todd" and "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", here too it was possible to find the right balance between the complex definition of a new horizon and the sheer simplicity of the eye-catching elements. The strange beauty of the backdrop, the sometimes almost bizarre atmosphere overall and the added 3D in harmony with the excellent directing work make Beetlejuice Beetlejuice something very special.
