The plot of the movie Misery 3D 1990

One famous author, Paul Sheldon, is in a car crash and finds himself in the house of the biggest fan of his novels. Annie Wilkes saved his life, giving him all her care and affection and being the perfect host. It appears that leaving her house is not an easy task for the protagonist.
