Little Nicky 3D is a comedy film follows Nicky, the youngest son of Satan, who is sent to Earth to prevent his two evil brothers from wreaking havoc on both the mortal world and Hell itself.

In the depths of Hell, Satan (Harvey Keitel) is preparing to pass down his crown to one of his three sons. His two elder sons, Adrian (Rhys Ifans) and Cassius (Tommy 'Tiny' Lister), have grown tired of ruling Hell and decide to escape to Earth, causing chaos and misery in their wake. They head to New York City, where they start spreading evil and chaos, threatening the balance between good and evil.

Meanwhile, back in Hell, Nicky (Adam Sandler) is a kind-hearted and somewhat bumbling demon who doesn't fit in with the rest of his devilish family. When Satan decides to stay in Hell indefinitely, Nicky is tasked with the mission of bringing his brothers back to Hell before their actions have catastrophic consequences.

Nicky arrives in New York City and experiences the unfamiliar world of humans. He befriends a talking bulldog named Mr. Beefy and meets a kind-hearted woman named Valerie (Patricia Arquette). As Nicky tries to track down his brothers, he encounters various comical and absurd situations, often using his own unique demonic powers.
