They Live 3D Blu Ray 1988

The 3d in this movie is outstanding. Some of the shots like when they going into the tunel looks like native 3d.Love to se them old good films comming back with 3d magic by JFC.Thank you.

This movie is classic, thanks for doing this one.

I've always been aware of They Live's cult status but somehow never gotten around to see it throughout the years. Well now that I have am I glad to say that I did. Tbh I wasn't quite sure what I was watching the first 40 mins and it was testing my patience, but once the main protagonist puts on the glasses things took off from there. The movie has a political message and is entertaining in a campy silly type of way.

JFC did an excellent job converting the film from 2D-3D. Especially the 2nd half of the movie is extremely strong!

Thanks for yet another great 3D conversion JFC! 3D is truly amazing, with great object separation, amazing depth, and an overall wow 3D look. It's natural for this movie to be in 3D (revealing sunglasses is a major plot point!) and I wonder why it wasn't done officially for an anniversary or something. Have you considered doing Carpenter's cult classic The Thing? It's got a lot of shots that would benefit from 3D.

The world is already bad enough that we also do not want to deal with the causes. By chance, John finds a pair of sunglasses that allow him to see actual reality. A manipulated society that is infiltrated and controlled by an alien race. Of course, no one really believes him and those who do believe it should better not know that he knows. The resistance is forming but there are too many people you can not trust... Carpenters dark Sifi drama is a brilliant throw by the cult director and brilliantly cold and stylishly implemented. Nevertheless, I have to admit that as a Carpenter fan I would have actually preferred another choice of film. THEY LIVE did not seem like my first choice. But you should not be too ashamed to admit a mistake sometimes. It is precisely the cold, dark and dense atmosphere and the many backyard scenes and street canyons, the unique tracking shots and the constant changing of the viewing angles that make the 3D Implementation something completely unique. Such a complex 3D with so many uniquely beautiful perspectives and its enormous depth are almost breathtaking. In contrast, the few somewhat simpler interior scenes are almost like a breather after a roller coaster ride. I am more than impressed. Thank you.
