The action of the cartoon takes place in the city of Monstropolis, which is inhabited by many monsters of all shapes and sizes. Two friends-monsters work for the largest "frightening" corporation - "Monster Corporation 3D", in the positions of "senior scarecrow of children" and "assistant scarecrow". For monsters, the cries of children are a necessary source of energy for life, and the employees of this corporation are engaged in "mining" this valuable "resource". The problem is that, according to the monsters, children are toxic creatures for them, and therefore any contact with them is prohibited. The situation changes when one of the victims, a little girl, accidentally gets together with the monsters in their world, jeopardizing the career of the heroes, and possibly their lives.
