House 3D 1985 Years after the mysterious disappearance of Jimmy's son and a painful divorce, writer Roger Cobb is forced to return to his gloomy family home, where his aunt hanged herself. He hopes to retire to write a book about his Vietnam war nightmares, but the house turns out to be alive and hostile. Strange creatures, revived childhood fears and ghosts of the past begin to haunt him in every room. Roger realizes that the house is a portal to another dimension where monsters are trapped, and that the missing son may be there. With the help of a psychic neighbor and his former friend, an actor, Roger is forced to go through his deepest traumas and fears again in order to fight demons, both literal and metaphorical, save Jimmy, and finally find peace by shutting the door to this nightmare forever.
