The plot of the movie Day of the Dead 3D Blu Ray 1985

Day of the Dead 3D 1985 After an epidemic turns people into zombies, the survivors hide in an underground base. The military, led by Lieutenant Colonel Francon, is trying to develop ways to suppress hordes of zombies and restore order, treating the living as a resource. Dr. Barkley, a young scientist, studies the behavior of zombies and hopes to find a peaceful solution. Tension is growing: the military is tightly controlling the base, the soldiers are behaving more aggressively, and Barkley is getting closer to the idea that some zombies retain remnants of humanity — especially one smart, decidedly different from others. The conflict between the mercy of science and harsh military tactics leads to tragic clashes, as a result of which only a few manage to survive.

One of the cult directors of the 1970s and 80s. The master of B-movies, the man who redefined the horror genre and gave zombies a new image. Of course, we're talking about George A. Romero. No one else has achieved worldwide so much fame with a unique film series, and rarely has a director been so inspiring to so much more than a single generation. With Night of the Living Dead, he created a legend that, in terms of goosebumps, still easily eclipses much of the genre today. With Dawn of the Dead, he created a cult film that virtually everyone knows. Technically far more elaborate and, in keeping with the times, massively more sarcastic, Day of the Dead also delivers again a skillful twist on Social criticism and contemporary spirit of the 80s and as usual, mixed with explicit gore and splatter effects. Well, Day of the Dead did never quite reach the heights of Dawn of the Dead. But who could possibly surpass the most successful horror film of all time? Just as Romero approached this film with passion, the 3D conversion was handled with great care and respect. The cult status is enhanced, not ruined. The conversion is truly worthy and greatly enhances the anticipated enjoyment. I confess I was a little skeptical when I first heard about the work on Day of the Dead. The heavy film grain and the age-related style of this production, even after the excellent new rescanning of the theatrical prints, did not provide an ideal basis for a 3D conversion. However, the underground facilities of the military base appear unbelievable enormous. You feel like better get not lost in this set. The oppressive feeling is amplified so much tremendously...  In short: Despite the less than ideal starting point, a magnificent 3D conversion was achieved that no fan of the genre should miss. Sit back and enjoy pure 80s style cult horror at its best...
