One of the coolest fun splatter movies ever opens up completely new dimensions... Tucker & Dale actually just want to spend a few relaxing days hanging out in a remote cabin. But first they had a somewhat bizarre encounter with a group of teenage college kids on their arrival. Oh well, our duo did not exactly make the best first impression. While the group is having fun swimming, very close to our two friends cabin, the ultimate misunderstanding arises. While the group is panicking, our friends heroically have to save one of the girls life. But rescue here, rescue there... girl gone, who is to blame now? The victims of revenge and supposed bad guys... guess who. But as the group involuntarily decreases more and more in the course of the well-planned revenge, it becomes increasingly clear that the real psycho can be found in their own ranks. The eternal cliché: arrogant college kids versus dimwitted hillbillies? Two incredibly likeable guys and a bunch of completely stupig kamikaze college kids paint us a completely different picture. A simple story, good suspense, crazy splatter scenes, and incredible fun... that is Tucker and Dale vs. Evil. A little like Stan & Ollie meets Friday the 13th.
