In Toy Story 4 3D Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and the gang are now toys belonging to Bonnie. Forky, a spork turned into a toy, joins the group but struggles with his identity. On a family road trip, Forky becomes lost, and Woody sets out to bring him back. Along the way, Woody encounters Bo Peep, who has embraced a free-spirited life as a lost toy.The toys find themselves in an antique store, facing a new set of challenges and meeting new friends, including Duke Caboom, a Canadian stuntman toy. Together, they navigate the complex world outside of Bonnie's room, confronting old fears and forging new paths. Woody grapples with the choice between loyalty to his child and the newfound freedom of life as a lost toy. The film explores themes of purpose, change, and the different ways toys find meaning in their existence.
