Judge Dredd is assigned to evaluate rookie Anderson, a powerful psychic. During a routine call to the 200-story Peach Trees block, they are trapped by drug lord Ma-Ma. She controls the building and orders the Judges killed to protect her empire built on the reality-altering drug Slo-Mo. Dredd and Anderson must fight their way up through hundreds of violent gang members to survive.
