Idle Hands 3D 1999 is a black comedy about a lazy teenager Anthony Ridge, whose hand suddenly starts killing people. After accidentally biting an infected hand, he loses control: the hand wreaks havoc on teachers and acquaintances. Anthony tries to cover up the crimes by hiding his friend's body and explaining the disappearances, while his friends Maggie and Pamble try to help. Over time, Anthony himself resists his hand, but it becomes more independent and dangerous. The film mixes humor, horror, and teenage themes of responsibility, friendship, and growing up, culminating in a battle for control of the body and the fate of close friends.
