In the TV series Twisted Metal 3D, the main character, John Doe, agrees to deliver a mysterious package to its destination in a post-apocalyptic wasteland for a substantial reward. His journey takes him through the desolate land, which is not as lifeless as it seems. To deliver the package, he sets out on the journey accompanied by a car thief, but they must contend with wild marauders in hellish vehicles and other deadly hazards that await them at every turn.
