Kubo and the Two Strings 3D Blu Ray 2016

The epic cartoon action takes place in fantastic Japan. Smart and kind Kubo 3D lives a calm life, telling stories about his fellow villagers. But his quiet and measured life suddenly ends when he summons an ancient spirit who wants to arrange a vendetta because of the events that happened a couple of centuries ago. Kubo will have to somehow remove the spirit back, and along the way save the village.

The Japanese boy Kubo is the fruit of the forbidden love of a celestial woman and a samurai. From the very birth of Kubo, his mother hides him in a cave, from which the boy can only go out during the day, when Kubo cannot see his sinister grandfather the Moon King. The boy inherited an amazing magical art from his mother. He can bring objects to life and act out performances by manipulating origami paper figures by playing the shamisen, a traditional musical instrument. Kubo is so good at it that he makes a living with his shows. One day he lingers on the street longer than he should, and the Moon King finds him. To save her son, Kubo's mother throws him into distant lands with her magic and revives the amulet in the form of a monkey, so that a sentient animal will help Kubo find enchanted armor, in which he can fight the Moon King. Soon, a samurai who lost his memory and turned into a huge beetle, who was punished by the inhabitants of heaven for being in the detachment of the boy's father, joins Kubo and the Monkey.
