Mickey 17 3D Blu Ray 2025

Anyone can get into debt, but not everyone can pay it back. On the run from evil debt collectors, Mickey flees into space. The only catch: there are too many applicants and not enough jobs. Only one job is completely understaffed. And since Mickey has nothing to lose, he takes what he can get. Mickey becomes a kind of crashtest dummy for tough cases and special assignments. It is not a safe job, but dying is not an option, because one bonus of this shitty job is basically immortality. Because every time Mickey dies, he is reprinted by using a bio printer. Illegal on Earth, tolerated in space but morally still unacceptable; there is only one important rule: No duplicates. The only problem is that Mickey Number 17, who supposedly died on a mission, is suddenly no longer interested in staying dead at all, after creating his new, fresh self number 18. But as if that were not enough problems, the debt collectors have found his trail again. Wonderfully crazy science fiction action with the finest pitch black humor and an overdose of self irony. Mickey 17 holds up a mirror to the arrogant world that is almost too small to reflect the inflated egos of a few privileged individuals. Wonderfully ironic, incredibly quirky with an absolutely cool look, superbly staged, and rounded off with outstanding 3D, this current blockbuster, in its total mix, is in my top 20 of arguably the best conversions of all times. Beautiful depth, a great expansion of the visible image, wonderfully crafted details, and superb choreography make this film a true gem. Experience one of the most bizarre and breathtaking science fiction films of recent months in a magnificent third dimension.
