In the movie Joker: Folie à Deux 3D 2024 Arthur Fleck is in Arkham State Hospital awaiting trial for crimes committed two years ago. His attorney, Maryann Stewart, is determined to prove that Joker suffers from dissociative identity disorder and that the Joker's personality is behind his actions. During music therapy, Arthur meets Harleen “Lee” Quinzel, who claims to have had a difficult childhood and an abusive father. Lee admires the Joker's crimes. In the course of events, she sets a fire and they are caught. Arthur is placed in solitary confinement, but Lee visits him, promising to come to his trial. At the trial, however, it is revealed that Lee has lied to Arthur about her life. She confesses that she is pregnant and wants to start a family with Arthur by moving into his old house.
