The SpongeBob Movie Sponge on the Run 3D 2020. SpongeBob returns home from work to find his beloved pet snail Gary has been snail-napped. Plankton orchestrates the kidnapping to finally steal the Krabby Patty formula without SpongeBob's interference. Gary is taken to King Poseidon in the Lost City of Atlantic City to be used as a living skincare product. SpongeBob and Patrick embark on an epic road trip to rescue him with help from a sentient tumbleweed named Sage. They encounter ghost cowboy zombies and gamble away their courage coin before reuniting with Sandy, Mr. Krabs, and Squidworth. SpongeBob refuses to abandon Gary even when offered freedom, moving Poseidon with his loyalty. The gang returns home victorious with Gary and all of Poseidon's freed snails.
