In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3D, New York City is under threat from the notorious Foot Clan, a criminal organization led by the sinister Shredder. In the shadows, four genetically mutated turtles named Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo, trained in ninjitsu by their wise rat sensei Splinter, rise to protect the city.

The turtles, along with their human ally, intrepid reporter April O'Neil, and her cameraman Vern Fenwick, fight against the Foot Clan's schemes to unleash a deadly toxin upon the city.
