How to fix Slow Downloads on MoonDL or TakeFile

Reason: Suboptimal internet traffic routing. Your provider and other networks choose a route to the server that goes through congested or problematic nodes. This happens due to backbone failures, routing errors (BGP), or traffic saving policies of operators.

Why is it different for everyone? The Internet consists of many networks. Even subscribers of the same provider can access the network through different routers, so the traffic path and, as a result, the speed may vary.

Solution: Changing your IP address (reconnecting your router) or using a VPN usually helps. A new IP may have a different, more direct route to the destination, bypassing problem areas.
