We are pleased to invite you on a trip to Grozny, the capital of the Chechen Republic. The main object of our photo expedition will be the Akhmat Kadyrov Mosque, known as the “Heart of Chechnya”. This mosque is astonishing in its beauty. The outer walls are made of travertine marble, while the inner walls are decorated with white marble, which was brought from the island of Marmara, located in the Sea of Marmara. “The Heart of Chechnya” is the largest mosque in Russia and one of the largest in Europe.
