At the same time, Kolomna is a place historically associated with the activities of the famous Soviet artist Yuri Vasiliev-MON, sometimes referred to as the Soviet predecessor of Pop Art. The combination of these significant names served as an impetus for the creation of the festival, which takes place in the vicinity of the village of Sergievsky.
